Our Management Experience
Our Managing Partners/Country Representatives, Consultants and Staff are nationally and internationally experienced managers, having enjoyed excellent training. We speak “your language” German, English, French, communicate in local languages and get to the point! South East Europe is our home region. We can look back on 16 years of experience in Executive Search in the CEE Region, thus making us a leading consulting company in that field. We started our business with Neumann International, then, for a short time, we were member of the Ward Howell Group before joining the world-wide network of Amrop International.
In 2010, we decided “to be on own” and to develop own offices in the South & Eastern Europe countries. Bucharest in Romania is and remains our Headquarter. Sofia (Bulgaria), Belgrade, (Serbia/Montenegro), Zagreb (Croatia/Slovenia) and Vienna (Austria) are now operational and are our priorities. Furthermore we have partnerships in all the other CEE countries as well as in Germany.
