„Stein & Partner Management Consulting“ was founded 1994 in Bucharest/Romania and Sofia/Bulgaria. The mission of the company is to provide highly professional consulting services in the human resources and management areas, especially in the placement of middle- and top management positions. The first steps were taken along with Neumann International, continued by a partnership with the Ward Howell Group. Since 1996, Stein & Partner has been member of the second largest international group of independent Executive Search companies, the Amrop group. During these years, Stein & Partner continued to develop an own management style and customer approach. After 16 successful years in the region, Stein & Partner 2010 decided to become independent and develop the business in South Eastern Europe on its own. This decision was also motivated by our clients, who wished to be accompanies by Stein & Partners in more countries than Romania and Bulgaria.

 Starting with July 2010, we cover the region of South East Europe from our offices in:

• Belgrad/Serbia/Montenegro
• Zagreb/Croatia/Slovenia
• Vienna/Austria

For the other CEE countries, we developed solid partnerships with specialists.
