PROFESSIONAL COACHING
Stein & Partner has developed also a solid professional coaching competence. More and more managers need advice for the operational management activity, but also for personal life (life coaching) questions and for organisational issues. How can I improve my leadership skills? How do I deal with power? What are the patterns I have inherited from family, education and partnership that have an effect on my professional life? How can I learn to understand myself better and the effect I have on others? Is our company culture still compatible with the crisis situation we are in? What are the new values I want to see applied in my company? These are just some questions, which come across our discussions with managers more and more often. KEY PEOPLE ASSESSMENT
Key People Assessment is a product especially designed by Stein & Partner to identify the “key people” within the organization becoming more and more international. The main feature of this product are interviews with a very reduced number of managers, mostly high potentials or the top management, in order to analyse a particular issue. It may be a more objective analyses of potential growth, succession issues, development of the organisation or internal communication, according to the company needs. The aim is to obtain more objective information from an outside objective source, knowing that internal procedures alone mostly do not deliver satisfactory results. The basis for the interviews are internationally recognised instruments like the Thomas test or the Transactional Analysis.
